Do you have some

Shape (I love this one!), Fitness, She Knows Diet & Fitness, Women's
Health & Fitness are a starting point. These magazines will give you a
lot of different exercise ideas that you can do in your own home or at
the gym. I find it especially motivating to see my favorite actresses! I
also find motivation is seeing everyday moms like you and I that are
struggling to lose weight, but with diet and exercise you can watch how
they progress from month-to-month in follow-up articles in each issue.
Join an Established Weight
Loss Group:
Whether you want to loss weight with a low fat diet, a low carb
diet or with ready made meals one of the following can help
tremendously jump start weight loss!
And Last But not Least, You Need to
Exercise!
So if you don't have any exercise equipment in your
basement or living room here is a great place to start!
